Most Canadians don't have a Will — not because they don't care, but because it's one more appointment and one more cost. We'll fix that while we close your deal: a complimentary, lawyer-built online Will you sign at the very same appointment. No extra meeting. No fee.
Answer a few simple questions, complete a short intake, and we'll have it ready to sign and witness on closing day.
Plan for 30 to 60 minutes
The intake covers everything needed to prepare your Will, Power of Attorney, and Personal Directive. You can pause at any time — your progress is saved on this device, and we'll keep it ready for you when you return.
⚠️ Important — to receive your complimentary Will
This is not legal advice. If your situation is more complex, a Deeded lawyer will reach out before your closing day to discuss a customized Will. Either way, your intake won't be wasted.
Your package — add what you need
Your single-person online Will is complimentary. Any add-ons you choose are charged at the prices shown plus applicable taxes.
We'll email your completed Will to you to review before closing day. You'll then sign and witness it during your virtual signing — at the same appointment as your home and mortgage closing, so there's no separate meeting.
